Sometimes I just want to disappear for a while, and see if anyone misses me.

我今天看到這句話，很喜歡，但有兩個單字不太會唸

1.disappear

2.while[waɪl]

查了一下，發現while能用在好多好多地方喔

第一是「時間」

如文disappear for a while 消失「一段時間」

或是 I'll be back in a while.我「一回兒」就回來

又或是The book that I read a little while ago. 這本書是我「不久前」看的一本書

還可以After a while I began to get bored with my job.「過了一段時間」我開始厭倦了我的工作

它還能用在「當」

I'll take care of your house while you are away.

I'll take care of your children while you are away.我會幫你照顧xx「當」你不在的時後

She listened closely while he read the book.當他在讀這本書時，她聽的很仔細

還可以當「而」「然而」

I like tea while he likes coffee.我喜歡喝茶而他喜歡喝咖啡

片語的話還能all the while「一直」

還有all this while「這陣子」

Where have you been all this while?這陣子你在哪裡?
